Adjusters stopped arguing with us once every photo came timestamped and pinned to the property. Techs actually use it because there's zero filing — open the app, shoot, done. Wish reports were more customizable, and per-user pricing adds up with big crews, but it's the one tool I'd keep if I had to cut everything else.
